Nicole Wood

Nicole Wood has extensive experience in human resources, primarily within the aviation and government sectors. At Viasat, from March 2021 to February 2024, Nicole served as a People & Culture Business Partner focusing on both Government Systems and Global Enterprise & Mobility, specializing in job analysis and talent strategy. Prior experience includes roles at L3Harris Technologies as an HR Business Partner and at Textron Specialized Vehicles as an HR Manager, where Nicole handled sensitive issues and improved people processes. Previous positions at Textron Aviation and Via Christi Health further developed Nicole's communication and analytical skills. Currently pursuing an MBA in Aviation at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wichita State University.
