Most recently, they served as the Chief Marketing Officer at GRF CPAs & Advisors, where they directed a cross-functional marketing team and implemented effective marketing strategies to expand the firm's market share and global presence. Prior to this role, they held the position of Marketing Director at the same company.
Jennifer also has experience in the nonprofit sector, having served as a Board Member at Iona Senior Services, a respected organization providing essential services and support to older adults in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Jennifer Disharoon, MBA has a strong education history. Jennifer earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. This was from the year 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, which was completed from 1990 to 1994.
