Morgane Russell

Morgane Russell is an experienced professional in the fields of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with a background in operations and risk assessment. Currently serving as a DEI Specialist and HR & DEI Coordinator at GRF CPAs & Advisors since April 2022, Morgane previously held the position of Operations and Development Assistant at Issue One, where responsibilities included vendor coordination and recruitment support. Prior experience also includes a role as a USB Renewal Underwriter at Chubb, focusing on policy delegation and risk assessment, and an internship with the Connecticut General Assembly, assisting a State Representative with legislative processes. Morgane's career began with a student worker role in the Office of Equity & Diversity at Eastern Connecticut State University, where event coordination and administrative support were key responsibilities. Morgane graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Eastern Connecticut State University in 2019.
