Rachel Richards

Rachel Richards, CPA, currently serves as the Head of Tax at Gelt since December 2021, bringing extensive experience in the accounting and tax sectors. Prior to this role, Rachel held various positions at Gruber and Associates, P.A. from September 2013 to December 2021, including Executive Director, Client Relationship Manager, and Tax Accountant. Rachel began their career as a Staff Accountant at J Larsen & Associates and has also worked as an Accounting Assistant at the FSU Research Foundation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University, and a Master's degree in Taxation from Florida Atlantic University. Additional leadership roles include serving as Public Relations Chair for Mortar Board National Senior Honor Society and VP Finance for Alpha Chi Omega.
