Einas previously built and led the Sourcing and Talent Discovery teams at Gem and played a key role in establishing the New York office, fostering company culture, and enhancing team engagement. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Uber, where contributions involved improving freight matching processes and revamping finance tools. Einas began a career foundation at BAE Systems, advancing through a structured leadership program and developing critical aerospace software systems.
