Gabriel Bernardi Almeida Vieira serves as the VP of Engineering and CTO for EMEA at CI&T, responsible for driving growth through operational excellence and managing program risks at the portfolio level. With extensive experience leading large engineering teams, Gabriel has overseen infrastructure management for complex multi-region systems and enhanced DevSecOps practices, enabling significant daily deployments. Previous roles include Senior Solution Architect at Itaú BBA, where innovative reconciliation and email solutions were developed, and Lead Software Engineer at Banco Fator, focusing on investment tracking systems. Gabriel began a career in software engineering, progressively developing technical expertise across various companies, earning a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Universidade Santa Cecília.
