Kathleen Phelan is an experienced Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history of leadership in various roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Gem Gravure Co., Inc. since August 2022, Kathleen previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Cooperative for Human Services Inc. from July 2020 to August 2022.
