James (Jinho) Lim

Jinho Lim has over twenty years of professional experience. James (Jinho) began their career in 2000 at Hexagon PPM as a Senior Manager for Application Engineer. In 2004, they moved to Marvin as a Continuous Improvement Specialist. In 2009, Lim joined Optum where they held three roles: Senior Director, Quality Management System, Director, EMS Infrastructure, and Business Process Consultant. In 2019, they became Director of Performance and Quality at Sanvello. Most recently, Lim was appointed Vice President of Operations at GEM Health in 2022.

Jinho Lim received their MBA in Supply Chain Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained their BS in Chemical Engineering from Sogang University.
