Louis Hellebusch

Louis Hellebusch has over two decades of legal experience, currently serving as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at GEM Realty Capital since November 2010, where responsibilities have included roles as Managing Director and Senior Vice President. Prior to this, Louis worked at Kirkland & Ellis LLP as an Associate in the Real Estate Group from September 2006 to November 2010 and began a legal career as a Legal Assistant at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from June 2001 to July 2003. Louis holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.A. in Classics from Columbia University.
