Kelsey Coday has had a long career in the food industry, starting with their role as a Sous Chef at Hoosier Mama Pie Co. in 2009. In 2006, they began working as a Research Associate at EMILY's List, before transitioning to Culinary Manager at Frontera Foods Inc. in 2013. In 2017, they became an Executive Development Chef at Conagra Brands, and in 2018, they were Co-Founder of Medlee Foods, where they launched four products nationwide in over 750 stores in six months and grew the product line to 15+ skus within two years. Currently, Kelsey is a Production Quality and Product Development Manager at GEM.
