Sergio Passaris

Sergio Passaris is an experienced retail operations coordinator, currently working with Gema Group Pty Ltd at Accor and CommBank Stadium since March 2022. Passaris has held various roles including head cellar-man at Pointsbet Stadium and head cellar-man, bartender, beer technician, and cocktail designer at Sharks at Kareela. Notable contributions include serving as keg technician and F&B supervisor for the FIFA Women's World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™ and acting as food and beverage supervisor at the United Cup Tennis. Passaris also has experience as a beverage area supervisor at events like MotoGP and Bathurst 1000. As a business owner of Sergio’s Kitchen from January 2016 to March 2023, Passaris developed entrepreneurial skills, complemented by certifications in work health and safety, leadership and management, and retail baking from various educational institutions.
