Kalan Vishwanath Nawarathne

Kalan Vishwanath Nawarathne is a seasoned software engineer specializing in mobile SDK development, particularly within banking and payment solutions, currently working at Thales Cyber & Digital since February 2023. Prior experience includes leading Android application development at BoardPAC from April 2017 to January 2023, with roles evolving from Senior Technical Lead to Senior Software Engineer for both iOS and Android applications. Kalan has also contributed to mobile application development at IronOne Technologies LLC and the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research & Technology Centre, among others. Kalan holds a Master of Science in Embedded Systems from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Moratuwa.
