Willem Tibosch

Willem Tibosch serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at OneWelcome since July 2021 and operates as a Security, Risk, and Compliance consultant from June 2019. Previously, Willem founded and owned iThink Alkmaar, focusing on IT infrastructure and strategy from January 2020 to July 2021. With a solid background in management consulting, Willem has also held managerial roles at organizations including BlinkLane Consulting, PwC, and Gladwell Academy, where expertise in optimizing IT and business processes was emphasized. Education includes a Master’s degree in Philosophy of Management & Organisation from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Technische Bedrijfskunde from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, complemented by an Executive Master in IT Auditing.
