Björn Kalweit

Björn Kalweit has held various leadership positions in the IT industry, specializing in technical implementation and management of networks. With a background in engineering, he has successfully led teams in both national and international projects, ensuring efficient service delivery and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at gematik GmbH, he is responsible for building and aligning the Operations department, developing operational frameworks, and overseeing the Telematik Infrastruktur. Prior to this, he also worked at Atos and Siemens, where he demonstrated strong leadership skills in network implementation and service management.
