Abi Griffin

Abi Griffin currently serves as Chief People Officer at Gemba Advantage since September 2021, focusing on developing the people function within the organization. Prior to this role, Abi Griffin worked at Northrop Grumman from April 2017 to August 2021, where responsibilities included Product Manager and SAFe Programme Consultant, as well as Business Change Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as Innovation Hub Lead and Business Change Lead at Atkins from November 2012 to March 2017, where Abi Griffin fostered a creative culture and led technical projects in collaboration with senior stakeholders. Abi Griffin began the professional journey as a Reinsurance Broker Analyst at Thompson Heath and Bond Limited from October 2011 to November 2012, specializing in statistical analysis and process standardization.
