Shelley Wood

Shelley Wood has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Shelley started their career as a Programme Support Team Leader at Smiths Aerospace in 1990. In 1998, they moved to Mantix Systems where they worked as a Programme Management Consultant, helping establish best practice programme and project management methods in various industries. In 2000, they joined Orange as a Process & Systems Development Manager, responsible for introducing and maintaining project management best practices. In 2004, they joined Babcock International Group as a Technical Project Manager. In 2011, they joined Atkins as a Senior Consultant. Following that, they served as Director at Deep Sky Blue from 2014 to 2016, and then at Every Cloud Ltd from 2016 to 2020. Currently, they are the Co-Founder and Director of Gemba Advantage since November 2018.

Shelley Wood earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Humanities from The Open University from 2003 to 2008. Shelley is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Innovation, and Digital Transformation from thePower. Shelley also holds additional certifications, including Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England and SAFE 4 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. In 2021, they obtained the Inicio TPMBA ENG Harvard certification from thePowerMBA. It is unclear if they have completed any other formal education at the University of Gloucestershire.
