Rachael Reid

Rachael Reid is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in commodities trading and resource management, currently serving as the Head of Legal for the Commodities division at GEMCORP since February 2018. Previously, Rachael held the position of Head of Legal at Mitsui Bussan Commodities Ltd and Mitsui & Co Precious Metals, Inc, overseeing global legal operations in base metals and precious metals trading. Rachael's extensive background includes legal management roles at BP and BHP Billiton, providing legal support for petrochemicals, minerals exploration, and marketing. Rachael began their legal career at Allens Arthur Robinson, one of Australia's prominent law firms, after earning a Doctor of Law from the University of Washington School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Government from the University of Puget Sound.
