Elbert Jasper

Elbert Jasper has extensive experience in spatial development and governance, currently serving as Adviseur Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling at Gemeente Almelo since May 2007, where responsibilities include project leadership, policy formulation, and representation in legal procedures regarding spatial planning. Previously, Elbert held the position of junior beleidsmedewerker Ruimtelijke Ordening in the same organization, focusing on guiding planning procedures and addressing issues of planschade. Additionally, Elbert is a military reservist with Korps Nationale Reserve, serving as Plaatsvervangend groepscommandant and previously as Sld 1, involved in security and support during emergencies.
