Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental preservation. Concurrently, since January 2016, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, worked as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and taught at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, focusing on applied mathematics for nutrition and food history.
