Tom Westhuis

Tom Westhuis is a seasoned project leader with extensive experience in public space and civil engineering projects in various municipalities. Currently serving as a project leader for the public space at Gemeente Almelo since April 2020, Tom Westhuis has also been the owner and project leader at ProjectStad since April 2007. Previous roles include technical project leader for the center plan of Hoogeveen at Samenwerkingsorganisatie De Wolden Hoogeveen, as well as multiple temporary project leadership positions across several municipalities including Ermelo, Hattem, Hof van Twente, Assen, Hardenberg, and Apeldoorn. Tom Westhuis holds a degree in civil engineering from Hanze, obtained between 1998 and 2003.
