Frank Kersten

Frank Kersten is an experienced project manager and lecturer with a strong background in land development and urban transition. Currently serving as the Project Manager for Egyptische Poort at Gemeente Bladel since April 2023, Frank also lectures at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) on land development while coordinating international webinars. With a role as an external assessor for Bureau Mecs and experience in education as a staatsexaminator and economics teacher at various institutions, Frank has contributed significantly to project management in both government and private sectors including extensive work in urban planning and community development. Frank's past positions include serving as a council member and faction leader at D66 and managing numerous development projects as a freelance advisor prior to 2018. Frank Kersten holds a Master's degree in Spatial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, complemented by various additional training.
