Gijs Gooren

Gijs Gooren currently serves as a Beleidsmedewerker Energietransitie and Beleidsmedewerker economie & energie at Gemeente Bladel since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Veerhuys Tante Jet aan de Maas from August 2014 to November 2022 in bediening, and a researcher position at Mulier Instituut from February to August 2022, focusing on the impact of COVID-19 on amateur football in Nijmegen. Gijs also worked as a Beleidsmedewerker Recreatie & Toerisme at Gemeente Heeze-Leende in late 2017 on the De Groote Heide project, and completed an internship at Cognito Concepts from February to July 2017. Gijs holds a Master's degree in Culturele antropologie from Radboud University, obtained in July 2022, and studied Communicatie at Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven from 2015 to 2019.
