David Wissel

David Wissel is an experienced professional in spatial planning, currently serving as a senior advisor for spatial planning at Gemeente Capelle aan den IJssel since August 2023. Prior roles include being a planner for the Central Innovation District DH and a strategic planner at Gemeente Den Haag from October 2017 to August 2023, as well as serving as a senior policy advisor for spatial planning at gemeente Gouda from January 2007 to September 2017. Initial experience includes working as a policy advisor for spatial planning at Gemeente Delft and Gemeente Capelle aan den IJssel. David Wissel holds a Drs degree in Sociology from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a VWO diploma from Chr. college Groevenbeek.
