Lotte Brak

Lotte Brak is an experienced professional in the fields of policy advising, grant management, and communication, currently serving as Beleidsadviseur Leefstijl en Gezondheid at Gemeente Capelle aan den IJssel since May 2022. Prior to this role, Lotte worked at Woord en Daad from December 2015 to May 2022, where responsibilities included writing proposals and reports for institutional donors, business development for new projects, coordinating a fundscreening service for NGOs, and serving as a communication officer. Lotte's earlier experience includes a research internship at Solidaridad Network, focusing on the relationship between cotton production and food security. Lotte holds a Master of Arts in International Development Studies from Utrecht University, a Cursus in Corporate Storytelling from Editio, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Organizations from Leiden University, complemented by foundational studies in Economie & Maatschappij at Driestar College Gouda.
