Wim de Winter

Wim de Winter is an experienced policy advisor with a focus on the social domain and municipal governance. Currently serving as a Beleidsmedewerker at Gemeente Capelle aan den IJssel since May 2023, Wim has previously held roles at various municipalities, including Junior Directie- en Bestuursadviseur at Gemeente Zoeterwoude and Ondersteunend Beleidsmedewerker at Gemeente Heemstede. Additional experience includes work as a Medewerker winkel at Vakantiepark Koningshof and trainee positions at VNG and the Ministerie van BZK. Wim holds a Master of Public Administration from Leiden University and a Bachelor of Arts in Bestuurskunde from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
