Nathalie Zwaagstra

Nathalie Zwaagstra currently serves as an Algemeen bestuurslid van het ToekomstTeam at Gemeente Dantumadiel, contributing to the establishment of the youth network ‘Jong Dantumadiel’ within the municipality. As a Functioneel Beheerder Sociaal Domein, Nathalie has been involved in the restructuring and development of the application landscape for the Social Domain since the municipality regained independence in January 2024. Previously, Nathalie worked as a Sales Captain at SQPeople, gaining experience in door-to-door fundraising for charities such as Alzheimer Nederland and CliniClowns, which enhanced communication skills and perseverance. Nathalie holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Minor in Development Studies from the University of Groningen, complemented by education at Dockinga College.
