Koen Hilhorst

Koen Hilhorst is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information management and consultancy. Currently serving as a Senior Information Advisor at Gemeente Den Haag since November 2021, Koen assists various directorates in aligning information provision and ICT with their objectives and processes. Additionally, Koen has been a Senior Business Consultant at Mobilee management & advies since January 2009, focusing on the development of new services related to digital transformation and information management.
