Robert Barker

Robert Barker is a Dutch politician who has been a councilor for Gemeente Den Haag since 2018. Prior to their current role, Barker served as a trainer and business developer for Debat.NL, a stagiaire for CBI - Centre for the Promotion of Imports from developing countries, and an algemeen bestuurslid for PvdA Den Haag. Robert has also been involved with BKB | Het Campagnebureau, Leiden University, and Jonge Socialisten Den Haag. Barker is also a tolk Tigrinja and has served in this role for TVcN Tolk- en Vertaalcentrum Nederland.

Robert Barker has a Bachelor's degree in Bestuurskunde from Leiden University, where they studied Economics, Bestuur en Management/Beleid, and Bestuur en Organisatie. Robert also has a VWO from RK Lyceum Sancta Maria.
