Stefan Doeland

Stefan Doeland has extensive experience in mobility policy and traffic consultancy, currently serving as a Beleidsmedewerker Mobiliteit at Gemeente Dijk en Waard since January 2022. Previously, Stefan worked as a Beleidsadviseur verkeer en vervoer at Gemeente Heerhugowaard from July 2019 to January 2022 and as a Senior verkeerskundige at both Gemeente Lelystad from April 2018 to June 2019 and Gemeente Hoorn from April 2000 to March 2018. Stefan holds an educational background from NHL Hogeschool, where studies were completed from 1994 to 2000.
