Wilfred de Ruijter

Wilfred de Ruijter is an experienced civil engineering professional with a strong background in managing and overseeing infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Beheerder Kunstwerken at Gemeente Dijk en Waard since January 2022, Wilfred is responsible for the maintenance of various movable and fixed structures, including bridges and sluices. Previously, Wilfred held a similar role at Gemeente Heerhugowaard for nearly two decades, where responsibilities included managing bridges and civil structures. Wilfred's career also encompasses roles as Project Engineer and Director, demonstrating expertise in project coordination and engineering design. Wilfred holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and has furthered education in Geo-Information Management.
