Ruud Paauw

Ruud Paauw is an experienced communications professional currently serving as a Senior Communicatieadviseur at Gemeente Emmen since July 2018, providing strategic and tactical communication advice primarily focused on organizational development. Previous roles include Communication Advisor at Gemeente Zeist and Leraar basisonderwijs at Onderwijsstichting Arcade. Ruud has a strong background in corporate communication, crisis communication, online/offline marketing, and social media strategy. In addition to extensive experience in marketing and project management at firms such as EF2 and Coop, Ruud has also contributed as an omgevingsanalist within the crisis organization of Veiligheidsregio Utrecht since late 2017.
