Melek Safak

Melek Safak is an experienced Wmo consulent with a strong background in social services and legal advisory roles. Currently working at Gemeente Goeree-Overflakkee since June 2022, Melek has held multiple positions as an allround Wmo consulent at various municipalities including Gemeente Stichtse Vecht and Gemeente Woensdrecht. Prior experience includes roles at Gemeente Rijswijk, Gemeente Hoeksche Waard, and Gemeente Den Haag, focusing on addressing inquiries related to WMO and participation, as well as advising citizens and organizations on social service provisions. Melek's legal expertise was developed at YK Advocaten and supported by a Bachelor in de Rechten from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and a top clinical nursing qualification from Reinier de Graaf Ziekenhuis.
