Jelmer Kruijt

Jelmer Kruijt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in public service and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the owner of Ad Alta Advies & Ontwikkeling since January 2023, Jelmer provides support and advice on strategic issues and business development. As of January 2016, Jelmer has held the role of wethouder at Gemeente Gooise Meren, overseeing youth, education, sports, and democratic quality. Occupying several political positions, Jelmer has also served as a councilor and faction leader for various political parties. Previous roles include board member at VVHE Noordzeeduinen Vlieland, general director at Koningskinderen, and manager at KidsFoundation. Jelmer has a strong educational foundation with a Master’s degree in Business Science from the University of Groningen and earlier studies at the University of Amsterdam and Sint Vituscollege.
