Isabel Norbart

Isabel Norbart is an experienced project leader and manager currently working at Gemeente Gouda and Gemeente Huizen since February 2023 and November 2022, respectively. In addition, Isabel serves as a project manager at Flow Civiel since August 2021 and has held the role of technisch manager at Gemeente Amsterdam from September 2021 to February 2023. Previous experience includes positions at Pro Infra as a project leader and assistant project leader from September 2018 to July 2021, and a commercial employee role at Eigeman Makelaardij o.g. B.V. from May 2014 to January 2020. Isabel also completed an internship at BAM Infra Nederland in 2017, focusing on project preparation and execution. Isabel holds a Bachelor of Science in Maritieme techniek from De Haagse Hogeschool, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor of Science in Civiele techniek from Delft University of Technology. Early education includes a secondary school degree from RSG Broklede, obtained in 2014.
