Nienke van Liempt

Nienke van Liempt is a policy adviser in education and labor markets at Gemeente Gouda since August 2023. Previously, Nienke served as a policy adviser at Neth-ER from April 2022 to July 2023, representing the Dutch knowledge sector in Brussels and supporting policy advocacy. Nienke also worked as a policy officer at VU Amsterdam from September 2017 to March 2022, focusing on education, research, and valorization within the Faculty of Science. Earlier roles include business management trainee at VU Amsterdam and social advertising specialist at Pervorm, where Nienke managed social media campaigns for clients. Starting a career as a junior social media marketeer at Nettribes, Nienke conducted market analyses and webcare for various brands. Nienke's educational background includes two master's degrees from VU Amsterdam in dynamics of governance and mediapsychology, among other qualifications.
