Arnold Titsing

Arnold Titsing has extensive experience in municipal management, currently serving as Manager Bedrijfsvoering at Gemeente Hellendoorn since February 2007. Responsibilities include overseeing finances, administration, personnel, municipal taxes, procurement, and legal matters. Additionally, Arnold serves as 2e plaatsvervangend griffier, facilitating council meetings and debates. In their previous roles, Arnold was Head of the Finance & Control team and Policy Officer for Finance & Control at Gemeente Hellendoorn, where responsibilities encompassed financial management and reporting. Arnold also holds leadership positions in the rekenkamers of Gemeente Haaksbergen and Gemeente Raalte, ensuring accountability and evaluation of municipal policies, and has prior experience in financial coordination at Gemeente Lochem and Gemeente Gorssel.
