Nicolette Slingerland

Nicolette Slingerland serves as the Manager Sociaal Domein at Gemeente Haaksbergen since February 2023. Prior to this role, Nicolette managed the Backoffice Ziektewet at UWV from November 2013 to February 2023, overseeing the execution of the Ziektewet across two regions while leading a management team to achieve strategic goals and budgetary targets. Nicolette's extensive experience also includes leadership positions in internal communication and team management, as well as consulting roles in communications for various organizations, including The Communication Force and Lotus Development Nederland. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Nederlandse taal en letterkunde from Leiden University and several qualifications focused on public administration and organizational change.
