Erkan Kandemir

Erkan Kandemir possesses extensive experience in career coaching, intercultural communication, and advisory roles, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Werkcoach at Gemeente Hengelo since January 2016, Erkan transitioned from Gemeente Enschede, where roles included Loopbaanbegeleider and trainer in intercultural communication from February 2006 to December 2015. As the owner of Kandemir Coaching & Training since 2012, Erkan focuses on empowering individuals to navigate Dutch society through understanding cultural values. Previous experiences include facilitating job training and coaching for various organizations, alongside a background in marketing and sales management. Erkan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Trade from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
