Nicole Duinhouwer

Nicole Duinhouwer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Program Manager for Organizational Development and Project Leader for MD Traject at Gemeente Hengelo since August 2013, Nicole has held various strategic HR roles, including Strategic Policy Advisor and P&O Advisor. Prior to this, experience includes working as an Advisor for Personnel & Organization and Recruitment & Selection at Regio Twente from March 2009 to August 2013, along with earlier positions in advisory and account management roles at Mercurius-Groep, Essent, and Randstad. Education includes a Professional Master in HR, Culture and Change from NCOI Opleidingen (2018-2019), an HBO in Personnel Management (2010-2011), and an HBO in Food and Marketing from Hanze (1990-1995).
