Clemens Veraa

Clemens Veraa currently serves as Projectmanager Vastgoed at Zorg in Oktober since June 2020 and holds the position of Fractievoorzitter in the gemeenteraad for Gemeenteraad Hilvarenbeek since 2012, overseeing Ruimtelijke Ordening, Volkshuisvesting, openbare werken en milieu. Past experience includes roles as Senior Projectontwikkelaar at Heijmans Vastgoed from November 2018 to June 2020, and owner of Project NU from December 2006 to November 2018, which specialized in real estate redevelopment, particularly heritage projects. Additionally, Clemens Veraa has worked as a senior ontwikkelingsmanager for BOEi, vastgoedmanager for Provincie Noord-Brabant, and project manager for Woonveste, among other positions with various companies including Ballast Nedam Development and BPD Gebiedsontwikkeling, showcasing extensive knowledge and experience in project development, project management, and construction management.
