Erik Jonker

Erik Jonker is a Dutch politician and former civil servant. Erik is a member of the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA) and has been a councilor in Lansingerland since 2018. From 2013 to 2014, they were co-secretary of the SGO3 project, which aimed to accelerate the effective use of basic registration data. From 2005 to 2014, they were project leader for data management for citizens and businesses at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. In this role, they oversaw the implementation of various concepts and platforms for information exchange between government agencies and private parties. Erik also worked as a management consultant at Deloitte from 2001 to 2002.

Erik Jonker has a certificate in Big Data & Analytics in Business from KU Leuven, a certificate in Managing the EU policy cycle from the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA), and a Certified CIO / Informatie Management from the Rijksacademie voor Financien, Economie en Bedrijfsvoering. Erik also has a Master's degree in Public Finance Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Master of Information Management (MIM) from Tilburg University. Lastly, they have a drs in Public Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
