Hessel Nauta

Hessel Nauta is an experienced professional with a diverse background in communication, policy development, and consultancy. Currently serving as a Consulent re-integratie at Gemeente Lingewaard since January 2025, Hessel previously worked as an Inkomensconsulent at BVNG and Fijnder, specializing in income consultancy. Hessel has also gained extensive experience in communication advisory roles, including positions at Gemeente Scherpenzeel and Veiligheids- en Gezondheidsregio Gelderland-Midden, focusing on strategic communication and crisis response. In addition, Hessel has served as a Mystery Shopper with Secret View, assessing and improving customer experiences across well-known brands, and contributed to various policy projects at Gemeente Maasdriel and Gemeente Ede. Hessel Nauta holds advanced degrees in Communication Science and Facility Management and completed additional studies in Business Spanish.
