Martine Willems-Beijers currently serves as the Sales & Business Development Director at Randstad RiseSmart, focusing on talent solutions and career transition strategies since July 2023. Martine has held various leadership roles in the field of business development, including Director of Business Development at Randstad Nederland and Principal Operational Manager at Randstad RiseSmart. Additionally, Martine has been active in local politics as the Fractievoorzitter and Council Member for PvdA in Gemeente Lochem since March 2018. With extensive experience in outplacement and career coaching, Martine has previously worked in management positions at Tempo-Team Employability and as a consultant at IHR Consultancy. Martine's educational background includes studies at TIAS School for Business and Society and London Business School, along with a degree in European Studies from De Haagse Hogeschool.
