Jacques Kroes

Jacques Kroes is an experienced professional in the field of environmental law, currently serving as project leader for environmental law at Gemeente Loon op Zand and as a senior policy advisor for environmental law at Gemeente Urk since September 2015. Additionally, Jacques has an extensive background with Gemeente Nijkerk, holding multiple roles since 2004, including chairperson and team leader in spatial planning. Jacques has also contributed to several other municipalities and advisory roles, such as senior consultant at Ruimtelijk Adviesbureau Kompas and interim positions in various municipalities focused on environmental law. Educational credentials include an LL.M. in law from Utrecht University and a B.Sc. in economics and law from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, complemented by additional studies in political science.
