Peter Flohr

Peter Flohr is a seasoned politician and social sciences researcher with extensive experience in both public service and academia. Since December 2006, Peter has served as a raadslid for the gemeente Loon op Zand, contributing to the community through various political parties, including the PvdA and Pro3, where Peter held the position of fractievoorzitter during multiple terms. From September 1985 to January 2019, Peter worked independently as a social sciences researcher after serving as a research manager at the University of Tilburg for over two decades. Earlier career roles included programming and system analysis at IEA/ADP and Van der Giessen-De Noord. Peter holds a drs. degree in Sociology from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has a background in marine studies and general education from the Koninklijk Instituut voor de Marine and Katholiek Gelders Lyceum, respectively.
