Raquel Tolhoek

Raquel Tolhoek is an experienced professional in the fields of public order and safety, currently holding the position of Adviseur Openbare Orde en Veiligheid at Gemeente Lopik since January 2025. Prior to this role, Raquel worked at koen in an advisory capacity and served as a specialist at Veiligheidsregio Utrecht. Raquel's experience includes administrative roles in vehicle fleet management and quality, health, safety, and environment (KAM) at Terberg Totaal Installaties. Raquel began a career in retail, working for PLUS Retail and various other grocery establishments, while also gaining experience through internships at Gemeente Soest and Politie Nederland. Raquel holds a Bachelor's degree from Avans University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2021, following education at Cals College Nieuwegein with a HAVO degree in Economics and Management.
