Rachelle van Den Bergh

Rachelle van den Bergh currently serves as a Juridisch adviseur veiligheid en leefbaarheid at Gemeente Maastricht since December 2023 and as a Senior jurist bestuursrecht at Lybrae since February 2023. Prior experience includes a position as a Beleidsmedewerker at Gemeente Weert where Rachelle provided legal advice on APV and bijzondere wetten. Rachelle's career began in 1999, with roles at various municipalities and organizations, accumulating extensive experience in legal advisory, policy development, and social security law. Rachelle holds a Master’s degree in Dutch Law from Radboud University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Juridical Service from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, complemented by various relevant trainings and certifications.
