Bas Schoorlemmer

Bas Schoorlemmer is an experienced project and interim manager specialized in HR and ICT consultancy. Since September 2018, Bas has been leading Schoorlemmer Consultancy, while also holding positions such as Project Manager for optimization of qualifications and certifications at RDW, and several project management roles in the implementation of e-HRM systems across various municipalities and organizations including Gemeente Medemblik and Gemeente Lansingerland. With a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Economic Decision Making from the University of Twente, Bas has also completed certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Prince2. Notable project contributions include the integration of Oracle HCM and ADP at Bouwinvest, and overseeing a significant HR system migration at SEIN.
