Jan Bartelse

Jan Bartelse is an accomplished leadership coach and organizational development expert, currently serving as a Leiderschapscoach at the Ministerie van Justitie en Veiligheid since August 2023, while also involved in various initiatives with multiple municipalities and organizations from May 2022 onwards. With a background that includes roles in change management, team development, and coaching, Jan has worked extensively with organizations such as Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance, Partou kinderopvang, and the Samenwerkingsverband Noord-Nederland. Jan is a managing partner at HRD Professionals, facilitating growth and transformation within both public and private sectors.
