Jan Lock

Jan Lock serves as Wethouder (Alderman) at Gemeente Molenlanden since May 2022. Additionally, since October 2008, Jan Lock has co-owned Adicisim B.V., providing international organizational advice and interim management. Jan Lock's earlier roles include serving as a Raadslid (member of the municipality council) at Gemeente Molenlanden and Gemeente Giessenlanden from 2007 to 2022, with a tenure as chairman of the audit committee from 2019 to 2022. Jan Lock co-founded and served as an Executive Board Member of PerspActive Cooperative from 2016 to 2021, focusing on youth employment in Africa. Prior to this, Jan Lock was CEO of Woord en Daad from 1994 to 2018, leading initiatives in education and vocational training across various continents. Further experience includes serving as CEO of Incluvest, Executive Board Member of Vereniging Prisma, and working as a missionary in Papua. Jan Lock holds a Master of Science from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor's degree from Horticultural University College Utrecht.
